Elevator: There are only four units per floor with two elevators. Therefore, elevators are very close to all units.
Beds	King Bed: Brand New $2,000 Sealy Posturpedic pillow top bed with allergy protection. Sleep like a King! Queen Bed: Brand new Serta Perfect sleeper luxury bed with allergy protection. Great comfort on great bedding. Twin/Single Bed: Day bed on Ocean front Sun porch with drapes. A great place for reading while viewing the ocean. Open the glass sliders and listen to the waves and feel the ocean breeze under the ceiling fan. A wonderful place to sleep! Bunk Bed: Quality twin wood bunk beds with allergy proofed bedding. Convertible Bed: Located in the direct ocean view living area.
Entertainment	Cable/Satellite TV (3): Cable service provided by the condo association. TV with DVD and/or VCR provided in the living area and both bedrooms. DVD (2) VCR (2) Video Library: Starter video and music provided including Jimmy Buffet to welcome you to the beach! CD Player (2) Stereo System Shared Pool: Wonderful heated pool with rubber coated deck area to keep from burning your feet. Pool side lounge chairs provided for guests.
Kitchen	Full Kitchen: A wonderful fully equipped, full sized gourmet kitchen. Contains every dish and accessory that the average family could ever need on vacation. Full sized stove, refrigerator and microwave. Pots, pans, dishes, cookware and accessories galore. Ready for snack or gourmet meal preparation. Cooking Utensils Provided: Extremely well supplied kitchen with full dishes, pots, pans, glasses and fully equipped for gourmet meals. Refrigerator: Full sized with icemaker. Dishwasher: Full sized dish washer Microwave: Over the stove large microwave Ice Maker
Outdoor Features	Charcoal BBQ Grill: Charcoal grill is available in the condo picnic area Deck/Patio: Picnic area on site. Balcony: The very private balcony is also a glassed in sun room with dual sliding doors for listening to the ocean and enjoying the breeze. Unlike most condo's this one has a full wall between units for total privacy. There are additional balconies on the front of the building overlooking the lagoon.
View/Location	Beachfront: Located Directly on the Sugar Sand Beach of Gulf Shores with a totally unobstructed beach view from most every room. Oceanfront: Totally unobstructed ocean view from the foyer, kitchen, living area, Master bedroom, and sunroom.
Communications	Telephone (3): Three telephones, two of which are wireless. An answering machine is provided. Good cell coverage or, bring a calling card. Broadband Internet: Although the building does not provide internet access, I provide a dedicated wireless DSL line from GulfTel in this unit. WiFi (Wireless Internet): Wireless DSL provided for this unit by owner.

Suitability	No Pets Allowed: Boarding available locally. Condo association does not allow guest pets on premises. Gulf Shores does not allow pets on the beach. Kid Friendly: Great pool, and there are only 44 units, so it is easy to watch your children. The unlimited Sugar Sands beach front are a child's paradise for everlasting memories. It is a very nice swimming pool with lounge chairs. There are lots of activities for kids to do in Gulf Shores and surrounding area. Minimum Age Limit for Renters: Rented only to responsible adults that will properly care for my home. Proper identification required. Smoking Not Allowed: Not suitable for smokers in the building. Smoking in the unit will cause forfeit of deposit and additional cleaning fees.

THERE ARE SPECTACULAR WATER VIEWS THROUGHOUT. THIS IS A LARGE 1,000 SQ. FOOT UNIT WITH FULL AMENITIES AND WELL SUPPLIED. RATES ARE SHOWN BELOW

THIS IS A VERY NICELY UPDATED (2008), professionally decorated, two bedroom, two bath, traditional tenth floor condo, with brand New Sealy Posturpedic King Pillow top bed in the OCEAN FRONT master bedroom. SLEEP IN LUXURY WHILE AT THE BEACH! YOU WILL BE ABLE TO PAMPER YOUR FAMILY, AND YOURSELF IN THIS QUIET AND PRIVATE PARADISE! ON THE TENTH FLOOR YOU WILL SEE THE BEACH AND HEAR THE OCEAN WAVES!

The second bedroom contains an elegantly comfortable, NEW QUEEN Serta perfect sleeper bedding as well as bunk beds with a view of the lagoon.

THE OCEANFRONT DEN has a sleeper sofa. It is well equipped and has an ocean view to die for. LOOK AT THE PICTURES! SEE THE QUALITY!

In the OCEANFRONT SUN ROOM there is a day bed that is also a full twin bed. This is a perfect location to read a book while opening the sliding glass doors and enjoy the sounds of the ocean and the gulf breeze. The unit also has new linens and towels.

The KITCHEN is full sized and fully equipped, well appointed, and has a great view of the ocean. It is designed with all of the amenities found in the home to prepare full gourmet meals. There is a LAUNDRY ROOM located just off of the kitchen with a private washer and dryer.

If you need to stay in touch, or work, this unit provides cordless phones and WIRELESS DSL internet service. There is good cellular reception in the condo as well as on the beach.

The POOL AREA is rubber coated so that it will not burn your feet. Pool side beach chairs are provided for your comfort. There is a library, TV, and exercise room located on the first floor. It also can be rented for meetings or private occasions. There are beach side showers for your comfort.

No pets are allowed in the building or on the beaches. Boarding is available locally. No smoking is allowed in the condo or on the sun porch. Rented only to adults or families that will peacefully care for and enjoy my lovingly cared for condo home. This is a wonderful place for a fun and relaxing vacation.
